In the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as in other armies of the world, the tasks of sapper units include conducting engineering reconnaissance of the area,  equipping and removing minefields. Ukrainian sappers also provide engineering support to their units for defensive or offensive combat operations. The position of a sapper in the military is considered one of the most difficult. Often they are forced to work ahead of their infantry, being at the very forefront of combat operations, as they pave the way, literally and figuratively. Dogs help sappers find explosive devices. The canine service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine was established in 2017, and with the outbreak of large-scale hostilities, the need for mine detection dogs has increased several times.  – The set includes three figures of fighters of the Ukrainian Armed Forces sapper unit and a sapper dog figure. – Sapper figures have a high level of detail of uniform elements and equipment. – The sappers’ equipment includes bulletproof vests, ammunition pouches, shovels, and a mine detector. – The set allows you to make the scene of combat work of the Armed Forces of Ukraine sapper unit in war conditions.
